Doh!

That should be 1 hour 40 minutes, for the 10 miler yesterday, obviously. I'm not THAT slow.

Still slow though.

On the plus side, to make up for eating nothing but chips and doughnuts yesterday, I've been on a fruit and veg binge. Today I've had loads of dried fruit, an apple, a salad with olives and avocado, a stir fry with courgette, onion and peppers and blueberries with yoghurt. At least seven portions. I feel healthy just thinking about it.
